Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.

Without hesitation, Jaaron set me up with a loaner vehicle which was a huge help due to the nature of my work schedule. This is our 2nd CR-V Hybrid purchase from Gerald, and the fact that I am a repeat customer says best how I feel about them. This time, my sales rep (Danial De La Torre, Jr,) gave us 5-star attention, making my wife's and my visit an easy, comfortable and quick purchase visit. He understood our needs, and a very good deal was agreed upon in little time. The car was prepped as we requested, and delivery went exceptionally smooth and fast. As for our choice of a CR-V Hybrid, we had specific requirements: Ease of ingress & egress, me being 6'4" and 81 years old; head room in front seats for the same reason; front leg room for the same reason; the color my spouse wanted (Still Night Pearl ... a real beauty); a hybrid for better gas mileage; a no-pressure visit for our all-cash purchase; and a staff focused on superior Customer Service ... which everyone was!

Edit to prior review: We had an issue with a used CRV we bought there after a few days and had to bring it back but they did end up fixing it for us.

We purchased our new vehicle with ease at the comfort of our home! Honda of Lisle is the best! Definitely not a bait and switch dealership which we appreciate so much. We searched online and made a request for a quote and out the door price for a specific vehicle we wanted to over 12 dealership and so far Honda of Lisle is the only one who responded with out the door/ on the road price. That’s the right way to do it. We communicated and negotiated thru email with Mary Murphy and they gave us a great deal! Honda of Lisle is 670 miles from us so they sent the paperworks thru UPS Express, we received it and signed it and returned it back to them. They assisted us through the entire process. The staff especially Mary, Andrea and Bob are TRUSTWORTHY, reliable, and kind. Excellent service! Side note: Since they don’t have a delivery service, we hired Mercury Auto Transport to get the vehicle at the Honda of Lisle dealership and deliver it to our house.

I bought a new Honda from a dealer closer to my home- had a horrible experience back in 2015. I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. I have confidence in the Service area of Bill Kay Honda! The staff know me and I trust them. All the cars in our household were purchased from Bert. I don’t buy for this dealer (due to distance) however had great communication, straight forward pricing, and even suggestions from Abigail! Abigail is prompt in her response! Would contact her and this dealer again in the future!
