Shout out to the sales consultant Hamad Deeb for his attention to detail, knowledge and consultative way of dealing business with us. He was very calm and not intimidating. He was not pushy to close the sale and carefully listened to what we need based on our budget. He values and takes care his client even after purchased the car.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

We have been Paramus Honda customers for about 21 years. Maybe more we have always been treated ok but in jmay or June we came in and we were treated like anybody else. Didn’t matter if we gave u business for 20 minutes or 20 years. It was kind of disappointing so we left thinking they don’t deserve our loyal patronage. We started shopping elsewhere then I got an email reminding me of our lease being up soon by Bill Sutera. He has always been kind to us and always answers my questions Anyway i I myself dreading the process went in and prepared myself for the long process I was taken care of by a lovely woman named Maria. She was a God send. She was kind knowledgeable and calm Made it such a pleasure I felt I not only got a new car but made a new friend. It was old fashioned customer service that I believe most people are longing for. Maria could teach the younger people there how to be respectful pleasant and kind. We actually had great conversation I will definitely come back and refer all my friends and family to Maria she should really be acknowledged by her piers for her excellent customer service service

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. Fortunately, I was introduced to Mehmet Edipov right away and it was like meeting up with an old friend. Although there were issues on my end with unlocking my credit report and transferring and setting up my new car with my car insurance Mehmet worked thru all the issues with patience and skills. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. I strongly recommend Metro Honda and the strong team that works there.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

just signed the lease for my 2015 honda civic SE yesterday, weather permitting i will be picking it up today. The salesman was very friendly and comfortable to work with. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders!
