I purchased a Honda from Weir Canyon in 2018 and had such a good experience that I always kept it in mind for my next car purchase. I came in last night to test drive the new Civic with Joe and was once again impressed by the sales staff here. There's absolutely no pressure from them to make a deal. Joe ran through his pitch, took everything I wanted into consideration and never made me feel intimidated or pressured to pull the trigger. After we made our deal, I worked with Eli on financing. I walked into his office reluctantly because financing is always the hard part of buying a car. Within seconds, Eli made me feel comfortable. He gave me excellent advice about what I might need and never tried to pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours and got a great deal. Most importantly, it was a great buying experience overall because I dealt with Joe and Eli. I don't plan to purchase another car anytime soon, but when the time comes I'll be back again and referring Weir Canyon to everyone in the meantime.

I left the service department feeling cared for and not violated. I know dealer repairs are more expensive than "Joe's" auto repair, but given the level of speed, customer service, convenience, and the superior team it is often worth a few extra bucks. As long as Hybrid is employed at Glendale Honda, you have this customer as well!

My recent experience purchasing a New Honda CR V at Buena Park Honda was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the Buena park Honda dealership I was greeted by Sebastian. Sebastian was highly recommended by a family member who purchased their car recently and I was highly impressed by his knowledge, patience, and professionalism. Even after I decided to purchase the vehicle Sebastian and Peter(the manager) were very professional, transparent, respectful and willing to answer all my questions. When I came to pick up the vehicle Sebastian was waiting for me with everything ready. The paperwork was nealty prepared , the car was freshly detailed and I was given a full tank of gas. Yay! Sebastian helped my son sync his phone to the system and re explained all the car features in detail. This kind of attention speaks volumes. My son loves his car, it is spacious, and he loves the smart features, but what makes this experience extraordinary is the outstanding customer service I received from start to finish by Sebastian and Peter. Peter really listened to my questions/concerns and was very transparent. They made me feel like a valued customer. If you're considering a new vehicle I highly recommend you visiting this dealership and asking for Sebastian. He made buying a car feel easy, honest and even enjoyable.

I had a great experience at Ocean Honda of Whittier. The salesman who worked with me, Fidel Moreno, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. I took my car for an oil change and Haybert was my contact. He took my information and proceeded to have the oil change procedure done on my car. The oil change was completed in about 30 minutes, much less than the hour and a half I was told it would take.
