When I came to pick up the vehicle Sebastian was waiting for me with everything ready. The paperwork was nealty prepared , the car was freshly detailed and I was given a full tank of gas. Yay! Sebastian helped my son sync his phone to the system and re explained all the car features in detail. This kind of attention speaks volumes. My son loves his car, it is spacious, and he loves the smart features, but what makes this experience extraordinary is the outstanding customer service I received from start to finish by Sebastian and Peter. Peter really listened to my questions/concerns and was very transparent. They made me feel like a valued customer.
