Did everything they promised and on the timetable given in the beginning. Attention was given to reviewing all the car needed. The work was high quality.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. We recently purchased a Honda Certified Pre-owned CRV. We were really enjoying it, then out of nowhere, it simply would not start. Nothing I did would get it charged up or jump started. I called Sabino Retana in the Service department and he sent a porter, Gabriel, to our home 40 miles away to jump start the car. He left the service shuttle in our driveway and drove our car to the dealership. They discovered a dead cell in the battery, replaced the battery and did a complimentary 16 point recheck of the car. Then they drove the car back to our home and parked it in our garage. WHO DOES THAT KIND of SERVICE? Lute-Riley does. We will be friends for life!!! Dick Ivey
