Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

My wife and I have had a longstanding relationship with Lute Riley Honda. Separately and together, we have leased/purchased 11 cars from the dealership going back 1987. That should say a lot. Not only are vehicles reliable, they consistently meet our requirements. Our new 2025 CR-V surpasses our expectations.

Since new cars are in short supply, negotiating isn?t really possible, simply agree to buy, paperwork prepared, a little negotiating in finance and sign! Done in less than 2 hrs! So appreciated the process this time! This is my 2nd car from this dealership and this time was much better( didn?t take 6 hrs like the first because I spent almost 4 to 5 hrs in finance!) The downside to our experience is it took too long to negotiate the price at nearly 5 hours total we were there. Overall, I would recommend this location and current staff.

On both occasions, the service was top-notch, and my advisor, Joe, played a significant role in making each visit smooth and stress-free. My first visit was for AC maintenance. My car's air conditioning wasn't blowing as cold as it used to, which is certainly not ideal in Dallas's heat! Joe quickly assessed the situation, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood the recommended repairs. The team did a fantastic job, and my AC is now running perfectly, keeping me cool even on the hottest days. My second visit was for routine oil changes. Even for a standard service, Joe's professionalism shone through. The oil change was quick, thorough, and hassle-free, just as you'd hope for routine maintenance.
