From the moment we walked into the building, our experience there was quite refreshing. It just didn't feel like the typical dealership. There was no pressure and everyone was very friendly. We felt very comfortable, found the exact car we were looking for, and got a good deal to boot.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

I had the tremendous opportunity to meet and visit with David E. the GM of the location. Overall the visit was fine, however 2 hours to replace a tire seemed too long. Communication was great. Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall great process. My element is 20 years old and needed some repairs. Drop off was easy and even though they don't do body work, they provided information for someone they recommended. Teddy provided excellent customer service. The video inspection was helpful. The only thing was when I picked up the car, the gas was on empty, so I had to find a gas station right away.
