This was my 3rd stop Saturday after not having great Sales experience at 2 other dealers. As we walked up, we met Cameron great personality told him my story, this was the 3rd used car I was buying for my 17 year old in the last year, previous ones had engine trouble. He was so patient with not just me, but my Son. The car we picked was well cleaned, had been through their check process. We are very happy with the entire experience. I will be back when I?m ready to get a car for myself!

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! It was my first time at this dealership today and I got to work with Rachel to get my dream car! She greeted me excitedly as soon as I came in for.our appointment and made sure I got everything I desired in the car choice I made, explained everything from a-z and waited patiently with me as we were filling out the paperwork, reassuring me throughout. It's the first time I make a purchase like this and I'm so glad to have had such a sweet sales rep who put me (the customer) first! I had such a great experience at Capital City Honda?they truly went above and beyond for me and it really shows how much they value their clients. From start to finish, I felt taken care of and never rushed or pressured into anything. A special thank you to Luis Lopez and David Poyras. Both of them were amazing to work with?super professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. You can tell they really care about people, not just making a sale. What stood out the most was how personal the whole experience felt. They made me feel like more than just another customer walking through the door. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it meant a lot to me. If you?re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and makes sure you?re taken care of, I highly recommend Capital City Honda. Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Both the sales and finance departments were enjoyable to deal with. My transaction was fast and smooth. I didn?t feel like they pressured me to buy extra add ons, but did sit down to discuss my options and were very knowledgeable.

The sales associate, Chris, was excellent. Relaxed no high pressure tactics. Advised me of all the features the car has to offer and that to contact him if I have any difficulties. My only critique is that the buying process, after a deal was made, was a little too long for my taste it took an hour and a half just to print out the contracts. The signing process however was quick I have no objections to that.

Sales rep was amazing, everyone we dealt with went out of their way to help me get the car of my dreams. I honestly do recommend this dealership.
