In particular, Mr. Carlos Garcia greeted us very friendly, explained us the operations of each functional parts, and answered all our questions. Great service. Service Advisors seems hesitant to assist in customer inquiries. They look at each other, seemingly pointing to one another who would take care of this customer. Then somebody decided to ask me what I came in there for.
