Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Kevin was great. He even moved our van into the showroom during that rainy day. Soon after that we had the kind of deal we were looking for. Then we started adding the accessories we wanted?. So a couple of those prices were higher than expected. Again, he brought the sales manager and they greatly reduced those accessories to make the deal. Facilities are great, service was great.

Mr ghazi is the best associate at this location. He has been helping my family and I for over a decade when it comes to buying cars. I recently bought my 8th car with the help of Mr ghazi in sales and Mr mo in finance and their service has always been top notch

She was very professional and knowledgeable, but also connected with us on a personal level. she was empathetic, listened and delivered exactly what we asked for. I know that she understood our situation, and worked diligently to meet our needs. (including checking in with finance on her day off) We were looking for a low cost affordable car for basic transportation. She got us into a CR-V twice as nice and much newer than what we came to look at. We drove a few cars back to back, and found the right one for us. Great service. Service Advisors seems hesitant to assist in customer inquiries. They look at each other, seemingly pointing to one another who would take care of this customer. Then somebody decided to ask me what I came in there for.

Everyone was very friendly Carolina was very polite and nice very helpful other dealers have a free snack bar for customers would have loved to have that here when the wait was long.
