I had a wonderful experience with the Service Department at Planet Honda. I was having a emergency situation with my car and they got me in the same day. The mechanic did a very thorough job on the car inspection and gave me a complete report and even a video explaining what they found. Danni kept me informed on everything going on and was pleasant to work with! I am really happy with the service that I received from them from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! Having a family member go into the hospital I traveled to Denver from East Nebraska. My battery died and knowing no one called Mile High Honda they got me right in. Shawna E. Who helped me in the service area was so kind and helped me with another warning I had gotten on my car she found out the part had an extended warranty. So she got that replaced for me. She did not want me to worry about it going out when I drove back to Lincoln. She also made sure I had a courtesy ride to the hospital while my car was being worked on and a ride back. Shawna went above and beyond to help me. 5 stars to you Shawna and Mile High Honda for all you did for me.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Calvin and everyone we encountered were very gracious and treated us well. We never felt pressured at all and they genuinely cared about us from the start. We were able to take a good, long test drive our new CR-V. We loved the experience.

I took my 2015 Honda pilot in yesterday for and oil change and tire rotation and to get two light fixed. Brad took care of everything. He was extremely helpful . The cost was extremely reasonable. One could not ask for better service .I have dealt with Planet Honda for a number of years and never ever had a bad experience from buying my Honda from Mary may she be resting in Peace to Ed who was very good, hope he is enjoying retirement. I drive a Honda CRV that has started its 9th year in service. It was purchased in 2012 and still drives like new, thanks to the Mile High Honda Service Department, My service representative today was Kyle Gallagher. He took time to explain everything that was going to be checked for the tuneup. Then when all the work was completed, he again went over everything including a few items that were not on the original work sheet. I call that "better than expected service". I know Mile High Honda is the greatest but is it possible they are "BETTER THAN EVER". '

Ask for him by name - Jacob Werries. Fantastic guy and a complete professional. I cannot remember having a better, more painless experience buying a car. We did not feel pressured, at all. And we walked out with the perfect car for us last week. Jacob listened to what our needs were. He was approachable and delightful to work with, and answered our every question. We’ve seen all sorts… we’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, on the East and West Coasts, and overseas. It’s safe to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, Honda or otherwise. And it was because of Jacob. He was excellent at understanding our priorities. He laid out our options, and was upfront about how long the process would take. We came in looking for a new or used vehicle, and we stayed within budget. (Note to his boss- our purchase was at the top end of our search.) Jacob made sure that some special circumstances on our end did not delay the purchase, and was sensitive to our unique situation. Yep- and he was kind. Jacob patiently went through every knob and switch to make sure we understood their functions. And answered so many questions. Go see this guy. Jacob was a delight and I’d refer him to any of my family and friends. I can count on one hand how many reviews I’ve cared to write. Jacob deserves it. Mile High Honda’s lucky to have him.
