Have had my 2017 crv since Tony sold it to me. I love this car. It handles great and over the years it has taken me all over the eastern United States. The service department is top notch. Am currently working with Adam and he is a pleasure. My key fob fell apart and he took the time to piece it back together. I was so thankful to him. When I’m ready I will come back for my next Honda from Tony. Thank you Tony for all your help and guidance

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Brought my Accord in for my yearly inspection. The team at Ralph Honda did a very thorough job and found that everything was looking great. It is very reassuring to know that my car is all set for another year. Plus they washed my car, very nice.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jennifer adjusted to my personality and made myself and my son feel at ease. Car buying stresses me out. This was not the case. She answered all our questions, even when we asked the same ones more than once. Jennifer explained all the features of the CRV and explained the process of leasing so we were left with NO questions. She stayed in contact via email and respected our time. Finally, she even took care of switching the insurance from the old to the new. Nothing eventful, dropped of rims to have new tires put on. Tires were in stock and I’ve heard no complaints from my wife who drives the vehicle said tires are on. The tires in question were Yokama Geolander. Bryce was my service advisor, no complaints.

Quick service. The use of technology was awesome. While I was waiting, a live video was sent of the service on my car. It pointed out what was being serviced and what to consider for future service. Also, additional information about a future purchase of tires was provided with a price quote.

In all my decades of driving, only one other time have I purchased a car from a dealership. I decided that it was time to find a small SUV after buying a new house. Several years later, Blake is now in finance but referred me to Jenn Flammia when I decided to switch to a CRV.
