The service staff who helped us were extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer questions I had. The maintenance required on my vehicle was handled very expediently and I was out the door in under an hour for my first scheduled maintenance. Dewey Hall was excellent in his service I felt very confident and comfortable in their handling of my vehicle.

Outstanding gas mileage, build quality is excellent, fully loaded trims. I suppose my only con is the absence of cooled seats on my EX-l. The sport trims looked nice, but I really don’t want to deal with 19 inch low profile tires in the city. Plus they get stolen often I heard.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He made sure to address my concerns and answer my questions. The waiting area was clean and offered snacks and beverages.

Patrick in the service department provided outstanding service. I purchased a new Civic hybrid from Johnson Honda back in October. I had an issue with my right rear tire and pulled in without an appointment. Without hesitation, Patrick ordered me a new tire, which was not currently in stock And immediately put me into a loaner car until the new tire arrived. This is an outstanding dealership.
