I traded in my 2018 Accord in for a 2022. One week later, I asked for my car back. 2018 far more a BETTER Car. Last Honda of 1 I will own.

Visited Honda of Fishers for the first time a week ago and knew I'd be happy buying a car there. Sales person Nathan Nix was most helpful and patient with us and it was the best experience we've ever had when purchasing a new car. I feel confident that they will continue supporting us post-purchase.

Gino Arcoleo was one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was not pushy or aggressive and made the whole buying process very easy!

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.

Purchased car from a senior relative in Florida whose lease was up, with 17K miles. Love the car and tech. Did you know that there is a “Developers Mode”, which will give you access to many more options and adjustments. Highly recommend researching and gaining easy access for a true customized Honda experience. Just “Google” it. This car is fast and the 2.0T is refined. The ride is comfortable even with the 19” tires. My only “nit” is the leather seats can be more comfortable and supportive. I own both Honda and Toyota/Lexus. Both cars are great, but have distinctly different driving characteristics. Highly recommend!!

This was the third car we have purchased from this dealership. They are always helpful with service as well. Will buy from them again in the future.

Nathan was helpful, and patient. I love my 2010 Rav4, even though the mileage was high, others were deterred by this, but I wasn't. A Toyota is a dependable, long-lasting automobile, as CarX pointed out. Nathan put in a new windshield and mirror for me which was the extra mile, in my opinion.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Let me clarify why I only gave this car a 4 star review but 5 in the individual categories. When it comes to the reliability of Honda technology in my 2021 accord if that were a category to rate I would give it only 1 star. Why? Because 3 years later auto dimming headlights, automatic start, Honda sensing all have stopped working. With only 48,000 miles on the car! Of course the warranty has run out and I've seen that I'm not the only one who has this problem. Due to this xxxx poor technology I will never buy another Honda again. I mean what next could go wrong? It's like I'm now driving a base model but at a higher price. Honda dealer wants $100 to hook it up to diagnostic which will only take a few minutes then they will tell me it will be probably my guess $800 to $1,000. When they already know how to fix it I'm so disappointed I can't even trade it as I will get nothing for it because none of Honda crappy technology works. The car runs and performs great but when it comes to Honda technology it's a lemon!

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

Over the last 8 years my 2015 Honda Accord has been with me through it all. It is up to 175k miles and has never once given me any kind of mechanical issue. It runs as well today as the day I bought it. 10/10 score for reliability. The interior is very spacious and comfortable. People are always so surprised by how roomy it is in the back seat. The trunk is also very spacious and can fit more than you'd expect to fit in a sedan. I think the dash design looks very sleek and modern, even by today's standards. The back up camera is clear and works wonderfully. Although it is missing some of the features that come with newer models, I find the screen controls and media settings to be easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I would say this car is the best I have ever owned and it has made me a Honda customer for life. At this rate, I won't be replacing it anytime soon. But when I do, I will be heading straight to the Honda dealership.

We have purchased many cars and to date have never received such a transparent vehicle purchase as the one we received from Scott Hiller with Penske in Indianapolis. I spent some time on line looking for a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite for my wife Elisa with much pushback from our past Honda dealer as well as many others. Due to that push back, it was looking like we would be buying our first Toyota. During my quest to find Elisa’s Pilot I touched base with Scott Hiller at Penske Honda Indy through their web-based chat line explained what I was looking for, they didn’t have one but if I wanted, he would keep me in mind, he reviewed their purchase process and that was the first positive conversation I have had for four months and thanked him. I was afraid because we were traveling 300 + miles each way. We drove to Indy through the worst rainstorm I her ever seen to get there and sleet on the way back. As we stepped into the showroom we were met by Scott. The complete process took 30 minutes, there was no pushback everything was simple, no surprises. Scott is a total professional interested in giving his customer the simplest stress-free purchasing experience possible, we were stressed enough from the drive, the only thing he could do to make this experience better was to give us the vehicle. Scott was the reason we drove through a storm 600 miles + total to purchase our new 2023 Honda Pilot Elite from Penske Honda and will do it again. Bought new 2018 Honda accord hybrid 1. Mpg using paddles 59mpg highway and 109 mpg city must pay attention to your driving left paddle slow down when stop light off sign. When cruising on highway off ramp again use left paddle to slow down. Charging battery works great. 2. Electronic gear control yea you have to get use to using it. It’s futuristic if you can learn new things. 3. Linking with Apple phone is easy and listening to YouTube on long trips is perfect through Bluetooth car speakers sounds great. 4. Michelin Tires that come with car wore out early. Michelin honored warranty replaced with climate 2 tires are the best in wet/snow. 5. If you take care of your Honda like an airplane you never will have problems except for being old like me warring out. 6. Ps always buy extended manufacturers warranty zero ded is very cheap with honda because they don’t brake down. This gives you a higher value when selling later on. I pray this help anyone that buys a honda hybrid accord.

I wrote a rather harsh review about this dealership and it won't let me edit it. So I am posting a new one. This dealership fixed everything when I expressed my concerns. I bought an Acura RDX over the weekend and it is fantastic.

I currently own a 2006 Accord, Value Package, 4 cylinder, automatic. Bought the car in 2015 with 263k miles, from a lady who purchased it brand new and serviced it at Honda on time, everytime. She only sold it because she needed a SUV to tow around her grandkids. Today, I accomplished a milestone with my Accord. 400k miles!!!! The only major issue apart from regular maintenance, tires and brakes, oil changes ect, was the power steering pump went out on me at 377119. Everything works the way it should, car is quiet, fuel efficient and always reliable. Will purchase a new truck in another year or two, but I'll just let my Accord rest, I'd never trade it, it'll serve as my back up. People are amazed when I tell them the milage, they physically have to look to believe, based on how the car runs, sounds, drives and looks. Well done HONDA! A job well done.
