Took my 21 year old daughter this morning to see a car she put on hold yesterday-a 2014 Cruze LT with less than 4000 miles on it. My daughter works 4 jobs, and has managed to save $10,000 for a down payment. This basically new car was on sale for around $12,600. I went with her to help her through the process. As a three time Cruze owner, I wanted to be sure of the quality of the car and that she was treated fairly. I couldn?t have been more impressed-from how ithe seat of the car test driving it, to the sprofessionalism of the transaction itself. Every step was explained to her and all options given as far as warranties, etc. From pulling into the parking lot, to taking a picture of my smiling girl hugging her champagne colored Cruze with a bright yellow bow on top-under 2 hours. The sales woman hugged both my daughter and myself. Never have I experienced kinder salespeople, nor a more professional environment. You will be seeing more of this Fort Wayne family!

This is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, which is saying something because I previously had 2 different BMWs (which were fun to drive at first but quickly turned to huge headaches). I have a 1.5t Sport and this car is surprisingly fun for the little engine and CVT. In Sport mode, it even sounds way meatier than it should. Highway driving is smooth and serene, and the LKA and adaptive cruise make road trips a pleasure. Gas mileage is also impressive for a larger car - just got back from a 1300 mile road trip and averaged about 35mpg. Still love the look of the car - the sport wheels add a lot to the sport back look of the car. The climate controls do weird things sometimes and I wish there was a trunk release on the trunk, but my gripes are minor. I’ve had oil changes and had to change fuel injectors recently, but it’s never left me stranded (like the Bimmers did!). I’ve put about 35k miles on it and think I will continue to enjoy it for some time. Just a great all around car and amazing value.

They had great customer service. Took care of business quickly. They had a lot more new cars in inventory than other dealerships in the area.

I spent some time on line looking for a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite for my wife Elisa with much pushback from our past Honda dealer as well as many others. Due to that push back, it was looking like we would be buying our first Toyota. During my quest to find Elisa’s Pilot I touched base with Scott Hiller at Penske Honda Indy through their web-based chat line explained what I was looking for, they didn’t have one but if I wanted, he would keep me in mind, he reviewed their purchase process and that was the first positive conversation I have had for four months and thanked him. On February 10th he messaged me back to see if we were still interested in a new Pilot, he had one coming in early March. Scott is a total professional interested in giving his customer the simplest stress-free purchasing experience possible, we were stressed enough from the drive, the only thing he could do to make this experience better was to give us the vehicle. I purchased a used 2020 Honda Accord Sport and love it. 41 to 48 miles per gallon. Runs and rides awesome. Always wanted one and will stick with Hondas going forward.

This is the "bottom of the line" 1.5L Turbo Accord and it regularly gets over 40 mpg on the highway. If you need power in a hurry, stomp the gas and feel the turbo kick in. The seats are a little low but what can you expect when the car design is so sleek? It holds the road like no car I've ever owned and is very responsive accelerating or just driving. Road noise can be a nuisance but the ride is smooth. I personally don't like the screen interface sticking out of the dashboard and I think all levels of Accord should come with an electric driver's seat. The paint job is great, the car looks great, and it is a real value for your money

This car met all my needs throughout the time I have owned it, really really reliable car, really good on gas, and just plain out amazing.

Henry was incredibly helpful throughout my car buying process. Over the course of a week, I visited and called several times with many questions, and he was always quick to answer and very accommodating. I changed my mind a lot and consistently asked to see different things, and Henry was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get answers for me and help me make comparisons between vehicles. He definitely went above and beyond typical customer service, and I appreciate that he made the painful car buying experience less stressful! I also had the opportunity to speak with Chance about different financing options, and he was very patient and thorough in his explanation of the different options. I had very positive experiences working with both Chance and Henry and would certainly come here again next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

Purchased brand new 21 sport 2.0 10AT. Very impressed how the car drives on the road. Also impressed with the pep of the 2 liter and 10 speed tranny. Decent safety features. Also love the walk away auto lock and remote start. Infotainment very simple and android auto/ apple car play no issues. The 21 is led headlights both high/lows which make great visibility for night driving. I have 3 complaints. 1 safety and 1 comfort and 1 for paint quality. Not speaking for leather seats but seats in my 2.0 aren't full leather. You might need extra cushions for long trips. As for safety the rear tailights illumination is different on the 1.5 and 2.0 sports compared to the touring tailights. The whole taillight doesn't illuminate hence why alot of people throw aftermarket tailights on their 10th gen accords. Now for paint quality. I'd be very careful buying a pearl paint that Honda makes. They have defects. You can look at seams of bumpers and front of hood the small plastic piece that's the color of car before the hood starts. Terrible paint watch seams of bumpers for bubbling.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

I found a Honda CRV at a great price with great mileage and barely a year old. Test drove it and bought it two days later. Ron Hammer was my sales guy and was prompt to respond to my many emails, provided info I needed, and helped me get the car all setup perfectly. I didn't feel like I was pressured at all which was great, I'd recommend to a friend for sure as it was a super easy, non stressful experience for my first car purchase.

I used the car for work. It is great on gas mileage. I have not had any mechanical or any other kind of problems with my new used car.

I live in Alabama and was visiting family over Christmas. Used the remote start in my 2018 Odyssey (that worked great!), but then noticed the display said all 4 tires were low on pressure. It was super cold and temps were around 7 degrees at the time. Being a widow and in a strange city I panicked. Used my GPS to locate your business and headed that way. It was 7 AM, and as I pulled up to the express service area I was waved in. Pulled forward and there was Rodney waiting to assist. Told me not to worry, he would take care of things. After adding air to all 4 tires, I was on my way in about 5 minutes. He was SO courteous and helpful, told me to have a safe trip and wished me well. Ex-l coupe. It’s a honda Comfort, style, quality, affordable to repair and readability. Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. 3.5 L engine has more omf. Fun to drive. Ride is a bit ruff but not terrible.

I had made a service appointment but made it at another dealership by mistake. I arrived at Indy Honda believing I had an 8am appointment much to my surprise when I found that I did not have an appointment. Well Walter got my car in anyway and got my problems squared away. Also he looked into a couple of complaints I had concerning my car, the other dealership that I did use made claims of needed parts and services that in fact weren't necessary. Needless to say I won't be going back to those folks and my suspicions were verified. I will be staying with Indy Honda

Beautiful car. Very fast in sport mode. Plenty of room. Stereo system is really nice. Fun to drive. Quiet cabin. I had a 2018 and cabin was loud. Much improvement. Rims are awesome. Test one for yourself. Great car.

Had this car for a month so still experiencing new things. I love everything about the car but the tech is a bit glitchy specifically the cord and Bluetooth connections. Taking a call in the car is a bit of a pain. Drive nice, good gas mileage, overall good experience.
