I went in for a manufacturer recall on the Fuel pump, Honda of Greenbelt serviced the issue. I had some other routine maintenance performed. Jonathan, the service advisor did an excellent job making sure I understood the recommended maintenance service and estimate on the work, and what I wanted done at that time, no pressure. He even shared a program they have to pay in installments if needed. Overall, the service was excellent and a comfortable experience in the customer waiting area. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I bought a Honda 2023 EX-L Accord Hybrid. Love the car, but furious there was no Sirius-XM software installed on the model. You now only get that on the Touring (Most expensive)Trim model. I had to have it installed by an independent company into the car for an additional $650. Why not offer it at least as an extra that a Honda Mechanic can execute a software upgrade in the radio system which installs it? You put the Sirius/XM software in all your cars when it first became available, and now you only put it in the Touring Trims! Ripoff!! Also, the phone system; Often the bluetooth gets set up to link your cellphones in the new car and then a few hundred miles down the road it fails and you have to do a complete reboot of the cellphone bluetooth system and then re-link your cell phones all over again to get it to work. This has happened twice to me and I have only got 6000 miles on the new car!

I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. Traded in my 2018 Honda Ridgeline for a 2023 Accord EX-L hybrid in April, 2023. Shopped the Toyota Camry but it felt "dated" in comparison to the Accord. I was primarily interested in gas mileage and have averaged 51 mpg so far over 10,800 miles of driving. The car is comfortable, solid and enjoyable to drive. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend the Accord hybrid.

I love the honesty! I thought I needed brakes. They could have replaced my brakes and charged me a lot of money, but instead they told me my brakes were only at 50% wear. The only negative was, they popped my engine hood and did not close it. So as I drove down 70, I noticed it bobbing up and down and felt like it could spring open and I wouldn't be able to see. So I had to pull over on the side of I-70 to close the hood.

I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan.
