2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
Purchased my very first brand new car in May of ‘22 which was a Toyota Camry Hybrid Le during a time when gas was at an all time high and new vehicles were exceedingly difficult to acquire. And I don’t regret it a bit… 👍 I’ve averaged, yes AVERAGED, over 60MPG in the 45,000 miles I’ve put on the car in 1-1/2 years. My best average for a tank of fuel was 68.1 MPG and the car is big enough to suit my long daily commute needs as well as for driving around our family of 4. Learning to “pulse & glide” the vehicles hybrid system is essential if low maintenance cost & gas savings is your thing but it also has plenty of get up when needed especially when sport mode is engaged. Trunk space is great and I haven’t had the first mechanical issue since I’ve made the purchase. Bring your car in for maintenance every 5,000 miles and it will last forever. I very nearly bought a Honda Achord at the time since cars were so hard to come by but many people I’ve spoken to that also keep their cars for a long time have had major engine problems with their achords especially ones that are turbo charged. If you have never owned a Hybrid Camry, you cannot possibly go wrong.

2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
Rides like sitting on a cloud, but handles very sporty (lots of acceleration and corners well). Great MPG! First year of ownership (May 31, 2019 to May 31, 2020, 25,000 + miles, 47.5 mpg. In spring/summer/fall, not unusual to get 52+ mpg. Colder weather, mpg drops to 45 +/-.

The finance manager, however, did not have the paperwork ready when I walked out and promised me that they would be delivered with the car. The car was delivered two days later and no paperwork in the car. I don?t think anybody needs to beg for paperwork and it should be ready within a few days. Thanks to a wonderful woman who works in sales at the dealership , she FedEx me the papers. That was the only problem that I had and it was very frustrating. I applause the salesman that I worked with and the sales woman.
2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
This is the best automobile that I have ever owned. I have owned owned Honda Accords, cadillacs, Pontiacs Oldsmobiles. The Cadillac was more comfortable as well as the Pontiac. All of the cars other than the Toyota Camry had broken down during their lifetimes, many times. I have driven my Toyota Camry for 7 years and 200,000 miles. The only repairs and maintenence I have had to do with this car is oil changes, tires, main battery, and change fluids. The car has never failed to start has never broken down while I was driving it Envy battery that operates the hybrid elements of the automobile has never broken and does not even appear to be less efficient than when the car was new!

2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

2023 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
This car is everything you would want from a 4 door sedan. Excellent ride quality. Proven powerful and reliable drive train. Excellent fuel economy. I am rather conservative with my driving but in mixed driving have averaged 50 mpg in 1800 miles driven. Even though the car is in its 6th year of this model it is still a stylish vehicle. The Wind Chill Pearl paint is one the most beautiful I have seen. The leather interior is very nice and seems like it will last a long time. The seats could be a tad wider but not a deal breaker. I am 5' 11" 230 lbs. and there is plenty of headroom. I have owned Toyotas since 1990 and Camrys since 1999. I don't see any reason to own another car brand.

Unbelievable 43.6 MPGs in City driving! Interior features are fabulous including the 7” GPS and the interface with my Apple CarPlay. Love it. Back seat, plenty of room for adults. Trunk is never ending. Highly recommend this auto. Plus I got a Costco discount!

This is the first time we have ever been able to ask the GM direct questions and get honest answers. We have never been able to ask the GM any questions when we have bought other cars. We were so happy and there was no stress at all the entire time. Usually when you get done with the sales experience you are so worn out from all of the back and forth the last thing you want to do is head into another office but with our entire experience this wasn’t the case. Abbi was so thorough and by the time we completed the great experience with him and John the GM we went into the fiance office and got to meet Maya. She was so genuine and excited for us and every moment was so delightful. We were so relieved that she had a couple options for us to add on because with our last car that was missing and we want to go into this new lease feeling secure incase little things happen that we are covered to help the experience at the end so we will secure in case something happens for over mileage, scratches, dents etc. We also got to meet the service department manager while we were there and he introduced himself and was so excited to have us apart of the Cadillac family. He already was so confident to let him know if anything went wrong had wouid take care of us. The entire experience was eye opening with how you should be treated when you decide to buy or lease a car

I have two different experiences that I want to say summed up my time buying a Car at AutoNation. First, time I was there I was looking at a used Subaru Forester. My wife and I looked at the vehicle and what was advertised with it from the Window Sticker and noticed some wear and tear for a used vehicle, no problem. What we didn't understand from the particular website at the time that there was no wiggle room on the price. With that, there were some features missing on the car that were advertised and we overall weren't happy with the buying experience, saying we weren't going to come back. Fast forward a couple of months and we see a different Subaru Forester that we liked for the price and were going to check it out. Going in knowing that the price listed is set and working with a different sales person (Bridger), we felt a lot more comfortable the 2nd time there. Bridger made us feel a lot better about the overall purchase and really liked working with him. We financed through AutoNation and there were a couple of things we wished we had clarified/ information provided for us though. We did not receive information on how to pay our new loan or how to access it, there were questions listed in the documentation that were not able to be answered when asked, and I was hoping to receive a copy of everything we had signed that day, but we did not end up getting that. I do plan to follow-up on receiving the documents, but I have not gotten that far. Overall, the experience was a good experience. I did notice a small $5 part was missing from the back windshield wiper and they were able to get it to me within the week without a charge. It has been nice working with them, with just some minor notes of improvement.
2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
Surprisingly comfortable for a smaller vehicle since I am over 6' and 275 lbs. Bought it for the exceptional gas mileage which is even better than advertised. Performance is great and it is a really good looking car.

I had an excellent experience working with Cory & the dealership who were informative, worked with me to get a great vehicle at under 2% APR for the portion I financed, & were very helpful. After the vehicle was purchased, they remained very helpful. I didn't think that an SUV that wasn't a hybrid or similar could get over 35 MPG on average, but mine has over my first 4000 miles. My personal best for a single trip was over 46 miles per gallon. With adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane change avoidance, Android auto, and great safety ratings, I can keep safe while maintaining productive drives. I love my Rogue SV and am so thankful for Cory and the manager as well at Hall Nissan Chesapeake.
2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid review
Loved everything except the ability to go through snow or ability to get up our new driveway this winter. It was useless and spent most winter at bottom of hill. For being a hybrid it had more power than expected. Filled tank maybe once a month. 🎈

We worked with Ro for our vehicle purchase, and overall I was very impressed with our experience at AutoNation Tempe. Of all the dealerships we contacted in the Valley, they were the only one that was upfront about pricing without excessive or unexpected add-ons. Ro helped us from July, when he first picked up the phone, all the way through the pickup of our vehicle in August. He was professional, forthcoming, responsive, and most importantly, respected what we wanted as the consumers. I appreciated that tremendously. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was very different. We came in with our own financing already arranged and were very direct with the finance manager that we were set on financing and did not want to purchase any additional service packages or add-ons. We also explained that we had limited time and wanted to complete only the paperwork necessary to finalize the transaction. He told us that he was required to disclose and offer certain products. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I understand the importance of required disclosures and due diligence in my own profession as a mortgage broker. However, what followed was more than an hour and a half of repeatedly being presented with additional packages. Each time we declined one option, another was introduced. By the time we declined approximately the fifth offer, the transaction was finally finalized. After reviewing our paperwork, I do not believe repeatedly presenting optional products after a customer has clearly declined them is simply part of the required disclosure process. The disclosures I reviewed primarily acknowledge that these products are optional and are not required in order to complete the purchase or obtain financing. I understand dealerships offer additional products and that finance departments are expected to explain them. What I did not appreciate was having our repeated ?no thank you? disregarded after we had clearly communicated our wishes before the process even began. This was especially frustrating because I am nine months pregnant and dealing with a chronic medical condition, which made unnecessarily extending the transaction particularly difficult. I would absolutely recommend Ro and appreciated how transparent and respectful he was throughout the entire purchasing process. I just wish the finance experience had reflected that same level of respect for the customer?s time and decisions.
