I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

Jesse even went above and beyond to teach my son how to drive the manual Jeep over a holiday hurricane weekend! Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.

The sales team was friendly and knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy and really took the time to answer my questions. It felt more like talking to a helpful friend than a salesperson.

The service rep. Ish Edun was very helpful and efficient. He was courteous and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable as i had 2 hour wait. Also coffee and snacks were provided.

Very clean & efficient operation. Lovely client waiting room. Polite & knowledgeable staff. Very much appreciated the complementary car wash and vacuum. Service was quick and comprehensive appreciate all the knowledge imparted.

I always use Classic Honda for maintaining my car and I have purchased my cars from them as well. I do not think there is anywhere else I would take my car.

The Service staff did not really greet me when I arrived. Car not vacuumed or washed. Did get a free wash coupon down the street.
