I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.

Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

I had driven by this dealership many times when staying with my elderly Dad in Sewell and always admired the exceptional selection of vehicles that were featured for sale on their lot. When back home in Philadelphia , I never imagined that my search for a newer Lincoln Navigator would take me right to the place I always admired, but there I was. The staff and sales team were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very positive. The customer service was very professional and took their time to help each customer with service. They absolutely did help me to get the vehicle I was interested in buying and took the time to answer any questions. The sales person I had was very humble and hospitable as well as the financial person, reception desk and the manager of the dealership. Everyone greeted me as soon as I arrived. I have only used Piazza Honda for service. I had an oil change performed. They had me out quicker than their estimate. The technician sends you a video to go over what they did, what they recommend, etc., which makes you feel more confident. The front desk employee, Ryan MacDonald, was friendly and helpful. Great service overall!

I appreciated that Tahir took every one of my questions seriously and either gave thoughtful answers or found the appropriate person to ask. I never felt rushed or like he just wanted to make the sale either which was great since it was my first car and so a big decision!
