I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful people I met when I first visited the Honda of Stamford dealership. Although my visit was brief, and I wanted to get more information from them, as well as other dealerships for comparison, I was promised a call from the salesperson in a few days. I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! I started the conversation online with Cindy Espinosa one of their internet account managers and she was extremely responsive and helpful. She was able to connect me with Duveryney Villalobos one of their Honda Product Specialist who made the experience even better in person. I personally have not had a car shopping experience at a dealership go so well before. The staff was polite and friendly, answered all my questions, and I walked away with a brand new 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. They've definitely earned our business in the future should we need anything else.

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car.
