Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. I really am not sure about the quality of the repairs since this was done very recently. I haven't had any issues at this point and trust everything was completed properly. Representative was very good and knowledgeable.

A?Darius helped me find my dream car. He ensured he gave me the best price possible as I shopped for a Nordic Forest Sport HRV. I spoke with eight other Honda dealerships, and I know it is true. A?Darius was honest and caring. After I confirmed I wanted a car from him, he let me put a deposit on it since I was out of town and could not make it over to pick it up for another week. Then he stayed late one evening since I am a teacher in Marietta and could not make it there until after school. The financing guy, maybe Travis, was also helpful.

Sales where excellent. Trade in was fair. Honest to balance and rotate three days after purchase. Definitely come prepared to buy the extended warranty. It's worth it.

I had recall on my 2019 Pilot. The repair was completed timely. There were some other items noted while the recall was being completed. Not only did I receive pictures, but Ram Garcha ensured to call me to keep me informed and gave me information about others services available. My vehicle was also washed at the end of the service.
