My wife and I visited a few Honda Dealerships prior to Metro Honda in Jersey City and we were not happy with the experiences. Whether it was salespeople who didn’t seem invested or didn’t maintain enthusiasm when they thought we were not going to purchase a car we were turned off. We moved to Jersey and Metro Honda was close so we decided to give them a try and the experience was wonderful. Wife and I went looking for a used Honda pilot and ultimately purchased a new 2023 pilot which I love. Our salesperson Shawn was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any purchase. We literally were with Shawn for over 6 hrs as my wife and I went back and forth about the vehicle we wanted. The loan officer was patient as well and talked us through the various car options without pushing us into services we didn’t need. It was a great car buying experience. I strongly recommend Metro Honda and the strong team that works there.

Mr. Mark Harding, the sales person, readily welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Mr. Mark Harding demonstrated patience and willingness to help us get the vehicle fitted for our needs. He provided us thorough information about the HRV, making us comfortable; not doing sales talk, but we felt he’s providing us honest and objective opinion about the HRV we’re interested in. Mr. Harding convinced us in our decision to buy the 2026 HRV Sport due to his confidence in the product he’s selling, he’s thorough, and well versed of Honda vehicles. He brought us for test drive with trust and enthusiasm and showed me the technologies. Mr. Harding was respectful, and very professional, providing clear instructions on how to properly use the vehicle considering that having HRV with electronic ignition and keyless entry plus its technologies are all new to me. MR. Harding also explained the step by step process with leasing versus buying a car. His honest in selling to us the HRV made us especially myself who will be the main driver of the car to be confident to drive it out of the dealership once we bought it. He did great job overall. Overall Mr. Harding treated us with respect, professionalism, efficiency, and without prejudice. His collaboration with other team of employees involved in the transactions, paperwork, and preparation of the HRV made us feel that the whole process for that day was seamless. The place is huge but with hospitable aura. Thank you very much to Mr. Harding and his team. We are enjoying the 2026 Honda HRV Sport.

After a truly bad experience at another dealership, I went to Honda of Tenafly with trepidation. It was a relief to meet Anna Marie, who made the car buying experience quick and easy. I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I recently had the pleasure of working with Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami at North Shore Honda, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. My partner and I financed a vehicle from this dealership and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Noel. Unlike other car salesmen, he did not come off as greedy or pushy, but rather, patient, engaging, friendly, and even funny. I felt as though I was speaking with a friend rather than an employee. Noel took the time to show us all the available options for the specific model we were interested in and allowed us to take our time with no rush to sign any paperwork. Once we decided on a certain vehicle, he worked with us to get us to where we wanted. He provided constant updates and was very efficient with his time, always letting us know what he was doing and how long he would be away from his desk. He was wonderful, quick, helpful, and efficient. Not only did he work with us to get us to the numbers we wanted, but he also provided advice for future transactions. He even made time to engage in conversations with us that were highly thought-provoking. Overall, I cannot recommend North Shore Honda enough. Noel Ledesma and Richard Cirami truly care about their clients and their services were exceptional. I look forward to working with them again in the future and I cannot thank them enough for their time and services.

I purchased my 5th vehicle from Honda I have been satisfied with the cars except for this last one the tires on this car are trash only had the car maybe a 2 months already had to get two replacement tires and a plug in the other I was told the tires are low performance and they blow out easily why didn't they put better tires on this car I never had this problem with the other cars I got from them I also waited 2 hours for oil change and tire change with a appointment not happy

This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. You certainly will not be disappointed.

This is my third sales with Paramus Honda, all of them I was assisted by Alex Bernabe and CJ. Alex explained everything and all options we have about a lease to end. We end buying the leased car. With all options about financing the car we took a decision right there. We just were there to see the options (with two months of the lease remaining).
