My experience with Curry Acura was positive and wonderful! The staff members were courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to introduce themselves and offer any assistance with questions we had about the Acura MDX. Stephen the product specialist was particularly attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. He did not rush us nor was he pushy in any way. Stephen spent a lot of time walking us through the technology features of the MDX and everything the vehicle had to offer. I appreciate the service my wife and I received from the staff at Curry Acura.

This was the second Odyssey we purchased from Mount Kisco Honda. Our last was a 2013, this was a 2016. In between we purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester XT, as well as a 2015 Crosstrek. Not our usual, but we had the need for a few cars lately. Our dealing with Brian Durkan at Mount Kisco Honda back in 2013 was so awesome that we thought it was a fluke. Both of our next deals for the Subarus were awful by comparison. Brian at Mount Kisco was such a great experience that we just went back there and picked up the 2016. Our experience was even better than 2013. Here is what We found at other dealers, but NEVER at MK. Salesperson "what kind of work do you do?" Salesperson "what can I do to get you into that vehicle today?" Salesperson "that is way below our cost" high pressure from the finance manager after an agreed price. Both times, we drove the car, had a price in mind, negotiated a little (as expected), and signed a deal that day. After the agreement, we met with the finance manager. We made it clear to Brian we didn't want anything additional. Here is how it went. Finance manager holding paperwork "do you want any extras? Auto start, etching etc?" Us "no thank you" Finance manager "okay". He then spent 5 minutes running the numbers, explaining the doc to us, giving us a final number, and we left. That was it. Highest recommendation

If you’re going to spend hours at a car dealership, do yourself a favor and make sure Hamad is your guy. He somehow managed to make the entire leasing process not only painless but actually fun—equal parts sarcastic banter, sharp humor, and genuine expertise. He didn’t just hand me the keys and wave; he gave me a full tour of my Honda’s features (which I know is definitely not the standard) and made sure I left knowing how to use every bell and whistle. He’s knowledgeable, available for follow-up questions, and just the right amount of sarcastic to keep you entertained while signing your life away. Huge thanks as well to Lenny, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, and Carlos in financing, who made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Between the three of them, they somehow made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like hanging out with people you actually want to be around. Five stars, but only because they don’t let you give six.

Just bought my 4th Honda CRV. Knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Yousef / Abdel / Justin walked me through the process and we made a deal. Also bought the extended warranty due to a women in work had something go and it was $4000. I'm a worry wart so piece of mind is worth it to me. The sales man treated me like a person and let me drive, look or take apart what they had available. There was no pressure to buy or make the sale, they just wanted to make sure I would be happy with what ever I bought. A few hours later I drove away with a CPO car for my wife.

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

We made a cold call to the dealership and spoke with Eliones. He stayed on the phone for 10-15 minutes patiently describing the available vehicles, their specifications and effective uses. We met him a few days later at the dealership. His patience and courtesy in person continued unabated from our phone call. We have been Paramus Honda customers for about 21 years. Maybe more we have always been treated ok but in jmay or June we came in and we were treated like anybody else. Didn’t matter if we gave u business for 20 minutes or 20 years. It was kind of disappointing so we left thinking they don’t deserve our loyal patronage. We started shopping elsewhere then I got an email reminding me of our lease being up soon by Bill Sutera. He has always been kind to us and always answers my questions Anyway i I myself dreading the process went in and prepared myself for the long process I was taken care of by a lovely woman named Maria. She was a God send. She was kind knowledgeable and calm Made it such a pleasure I felt I not only got a new car but made a new friend. It was old fashioned customer service that I believe most people are longing for. Maria could teach the younger people there how to be respectful pleasant and kind. We actually had great conversation I will definitely come back and refer all my friends and family to Maria she should really be acknowledged by her piers for her excellent customer service service

I wanted to buy a used crv ex from 2017, was in market for 3 months, I attended lot of Honda dealers. Most of them either quoted more or argued with me for unnecessary things!! I fiws in near to give up my car buying dream. Luckily I came across Tenfly Honda dealer !!! And ended up buying my own car. But people under this dealership are very kind and had sept t lot of time in explaining details on car future they event took self interest to check gas on my vehicle and made a tank full !! This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!
