Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

I decided to drive for service to Honda Superstore in Lisle, and wished I had bought my Honda initially from them. Service is top notch. They care about the cars and the people that drive them. Flash to today. I’m in the market for a new car- a Honda. I drove the extra 5 miles- to Honda Superstore in Lisle- and was greeted by a kind- knowledgeable Salesmen named Brad Brost, and also met the Sales Mgr. Brent Reeves. They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. Keeping my selection in the Honda family- and staying loyal to this dealership- makes me have pride in not only my new car investment- but the lic. Buying from St Louis. 4+ hours away. All handled via phone, text, email & electronic signatures. It could not have gone any smoother if I lived next door. I was able to schedule tire service when I called early morning but then tire was flat and couldn't drive car. Agent suggested to call Honda Care and gave me phone #. She said to still come if I could get there before 6 pm. The AAA man came in about an hour and quickly put spare on. I was an hour late for my appointment but Marissa at Gerald (not sure of name spelling) quickly checked me in and showed me the metal piece in the original tire. The mechanic was able to plug the tire neatly and quickly. Marissa was very kind and was able to get the $20 fee waived. I had already had a very hectic day and to come out of work to a flat tire was the last thing I needed, but the Gerald staff and the AAA man-Anthony made a bad situation into an excellent experience. Thank you to all for your kindness and hard work. It is very much appreciated!!
