I went to Classic Honda to trade in my car that was causing some issues with the tires. I was able to get in right away to trade me car in. I was assisted by Dan Nguyen. I already knew what car I wanted, and he was able to accommodate me with getting my car quick and swiftly. Usually, the process would take me half the day (4 hours or more). I came in at 10am and I was done by 11:30am which made it all the better. Also, Abdony Vitalus in the finance department is always pleasant and professional making sure all my paperwork is in order and completed quickly. Thank you guys, so much and it's always a pleasure working with you and your team.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. Sales team was great, customer service was awesome. Finance manager was a really awesome guy, didn't feel like he was pushing me too hard and had some good advice for me as well as doing what he could to help me make the payment feasible for me. He was able to get me a rebate that helped drop the payment a bit and helped me skim a few bucks off where he could. Would definitely come back in the future and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We worked with Peter to get our purchase done. From the conversation over the phone and text prior to even getting to the dealership to the service he provided while we were there to the knowledge that he had concerning the vehicle.
