Waited much too long for completing the signing of paperwork process as they knew the day before with date and time we would be coming into sign.

I came in for a recall on May 1. Having been told by another dealer that the service would take four hours I was prepared for a long wait. But no, the guys at Johnson Honda in Stuart had done plenty of these and promised it would be completed in an hour – and it was. The waiting area was clean, bright, and comfortable. Everyone was super friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.

The service staff who helped us were extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer questions I had. The maintenance required on my vehicle was handled very expediently and I was out the door in under an hour for my first scheduled maintenance.
