Yariel is absolutely amazing! I went in convinced I couldn't afford anything. He got me an amazing deal, of course I was hardheaded and checked out a few other dealers but they all told me there was no way they could match it. Skeptical of hidden things I went back and it was all straightforward! No surprises at the time of signing. I still can't believe I left with a new car. I had my old one for 15 years! Oh and of course that was a honda too! There is a Honda dealer 2 miles from my house and I would still drive all over again down to Largo Honda which is like 20 miles away!

Every time I bring my truck in for maintenance. I'm greeted with smiles. This time, it was Mark who greeted me. He is kind and very amiable. After awhile, Mark came up to me and explained that my truck needed transmission fluid replaced and I told him that i needed to speak with my husband. Well, after going back and forth with him, I was able to get an go ahead and asked Mark if we could do it. Little did I know, they had taken my truck down and washed it by the time the decision was made. I went to Mark and explained that my husband wanted it done. With a smile on his face, Mark said “You got it!”. When it was ready, Mark called my name and explained everything to me and walked me over to cash out. He was very pleasant to talk to and very easy going. It was then he told me the technician had washed my truck for the second time. These guys are amazing!!! I wouldn't want to take my truck anywhere else. Big thank you to Mark and especially the technician who worked on my vehicle! Thank you!

He explained everything and then went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV-EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams (Business Manager) to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too was very polite and answered any questions I had on the lease. From the conversation over the phone and text prior to even getting to the dealership to the service he provided while we were there to the knowledge that he had concerning the vehicle. It?s like he knew the vehicle inside and out from top to bottom without having to look anything up. It was amazing. Another dealer a few hours away had one, and Basney arranged to transport it for me free of charge. Also, they were willing to match the lowest price I was quoted from other dealers without hesitation. Delivery and post-purchase customer service has been top-notch. This is the way car buying should be!
