I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

Still shopping and may yet purchase from this dealer. They are an impressively large dealership. Yet, I felt welcomed and comfortable there.

I was fortunate to find a used CRV in my price range at Schaumburg Honda. The sales team was very attentive, had a good understanding of my needs, and was very responsive. I ordered an extra key, and 2 days after purchase when I went to pick it up, the service dept advised I needed both Differential and Transmission fluid changed - $500! The sales department had denied the repairs when the car arrived at the dealership. However the service department advised they were needed. I was very firm with my expectations that these 2 services should have been included in the preparation for sale, and the sales team agreed. They subsequently changed both fluids. Had I not ordered that key, it would have cost me $500 at the next service appointment, and that is not right. The issue was resolved in my favor, however I'm suspicious now. If you purchase from this dealer, ask to see the full detail on the services required that were identified upon the intake of the car, and which ones were actually done in preparation for the sale.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

I bought a Honda 2023 EX-L Accord Hybrid. Love the car, but furious there was no Sirius-XM software installed on the model. You now only get that on the Touring (Most expensive)Trim model. I had to have it installed by an independent company into the car for an additional $650. Why not offer it at least as an extra that a Honda Mechanic can execute a software upgrade in the radio system which installs it? You put the Sirius/XM software in all your cars when it first became available, and now you only put it in the Touring Trims! Ripoff!! Also, the phone system; Often the bluetooth gets set up to link your cellphones in the new car and then a few hundred miles down the road it fails and you have to do a complete reboot of the cellphone bluetooth system and then re-link your cell phones all over again to get it to work. This has happened twice to me and I have only got 6000 miles on the new car!

Traded in my 2018 Honda Ridgeline for a 2023 Accord EX-L hybrid in April, 2023. Shopped the Toyota Camry but it felt "dated" in comparison to the Accord. I was primarily interested in gas mileage and have averaged 51 mpg so far over 10,800 miles of driving. The car is comfortable, solid and enjoyable to drive. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend the Accord hybrid.

Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.

Upon making an appointment via customer service they had my recall ordered and available in under their two day schedule which was to be taken care of with an oil change. Being a continuous customer, I did have a few things on my list that I was going to pass on yet again but when Ismael explained to me the criticality of doing that and what I actually could wait on regarding my list, I added those items that needed to be addressed and I felt very at ease doing so. He was not pushy, he just stuck to the facts and he also got my recall taken care of. He made sure I got a ride to work and back to the shop and kept in contact when they began working on my car to when it was done so I could gauge my day. The service personnel washed my car and I was gleaming leaving. I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.
