I BOUGHT A 2014 USED TOYOTA ON 8/19/25 AND BY 8/23/25, THE TRANSMISSION LOCKED ON 2ND GEAR AND GAVE ME CODE ERROR C1425, THEN IT CLEAR BY ITSELF AFTER TURNING OFF THE CAR BUT THE NEXT DAY IT GAVE CODE ERROR P0304 & C1425. NOW IM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE CAR BACK AND SEE WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO FIND OUT.

This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable. I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Mike Culbertson always does a fantastic job taking care of our (3) Hondas. This last service call was no exception. Great work! I?d recommend him to anyone.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

Experience with the hybrid touring. A bit low on power but the electric motor + ecvt makes up for it well by delivering punchy acceleration. Great interior features. Honda provides all the convenience, comfort and tech in the cabin but leaves out luxury only aesthetic features e.g. footwell lights, puddle lights. 3 months in, I'm getting 48mpg in downtown driving and around 50 mpg in highway on econ mode.

Noticed some of the reviews on here for Rollit motors are not good. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and we only have good things to say. We worked with Jaime the two times he was great honest, available and offered great customer service. The two vehicles purchased are still in perfect conditions. I highly recommend.

I Love this car. It had all the safety feature you would think of Lane assist etc. The 50 MPG + and really comfortable. Great driving in the city or highway

I love my Honda Accord Hybrid. It’s comfortable to drive and I’ve had absolutely no problems with it. I particularly like that it is a hybrid; I get great gas mileage and I am able take a beginning step towards helping the environment in this way.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

I previously drove a 2019 Honda Insight which I LOVED! My husband bought me the 2022 Accord Sport Hybrid. I was skeptical...but after driving the Accord for a few weeks I absolutely LOVE this car more than my Insight. I get 50 mpg in the city, the car turns heads, performs like a sports car (ok, it's not a Porsche). All in all, for the money, this is one AWESOME car!

Everything was great. I started talking to Mitch then he gave me an out the door price I was happy. Came down and of course he left?.but Abel was there to help me. First he came with a crazy price but after I told him what me and Mitch talk about?..boom he came back with a great deal. Raul was great to. I will be back when my lease it up.

To me these reviews all sound like everyone wants what they want this is a business that’s selling used cars a tip to help new buyers. You are given a 500 mile or 15 day warranty take the car you buy down to the original dealership or any mechanic have them do a over all inspection if anything is wrong with the car that the warranty covers take it back to the place you bought it from and they are legally obligated to fix it at their expense not yours because it falls under the warranty also make sure you buy GAP INSURANCE AND ANY OTHER EXTENDED WARRANTIES REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND INVESTMENT!!!!!
