I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

My salesman was Byron. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The car I chose was not on your lot, so he went to another dealer and picked it up. We went for a test spin and he was patient while explaining all the features to me. Funny, he forgot the kitchen sink. I had to bring the car back to have the FOB repaired. That was handled smoothly and efficiently. As far as buying a car, it wasn't a bad experience. Signing the papers took longer than I thought it should have taken.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. The service rep. Ish Edun was very helpful and efficient. He was courteous and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable as i had 2 hour wait. Also coffee and snacks were provided.

What a good experience I had working with Jonathan, Bill and Sergio. Jonathan was the best and easiest to work with and I say this after being at a different dealership the night before with a salesperson who could really care less or had any knowledge of the product.
