I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The service rep. Ish Edun was very helpful and efficient. He was courteous and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable as i had 2 hour wait. Also coffee and snacks were provided.

My salesman was Byron. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The car I chose was not on your lot, so he went to another dealer and picked it up. We went for a test spin and he was patient while explaining all the features to me. Funny, he forgot the kitchen sink. I had to bring the car back to have the FOB repaired. That was handled smoothly and efficiently. As far as buying a car, it wasn't a bad experience. Signing the papers took longer than I thought it should have taken.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. A little help from his manager, Paul, was welcomed and also very much appreciated. Thank you!

From the conversation over the phone and text prior to even getting to the dealership to the service he provided while we were there to the knowledge that he had concerning the vehicle. It?s like he knew the vehicle inside and out from top to bottom without having to look anything up. It was amazing. He got everything done in a timely manner because I told him I really dislike being in a dealership for long hours just to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely work with Peter again.

The Service staff did not really greet me when I arrived. Car not vacuumed or washed. Did get a free wash coupon down the street.
