We worked with Peter to get our purchase done. From the conversation over the phone and text prior to even getting to the dealership to the service he provided while we were there to the knowledge that he had concerning the vehicle. It?s like he knew the vehicle inside and out from top to bottom without having to look anything up. It was amazing. He got everything done in a timely manner because I told him I really dislike being in a dealership for long hours just to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely work with Peter again.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Mr Santana was excellent with his 2019 Honda CR-V presentation. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. The new car sale component was stress free and I feel we agreed on a fair price which makes me a very satisfied new owner. My salesman was Byron. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The car I chose was not on your lot, so he went to another dealer and picked it up. We went for a test spin and he was patient while explaining all the features to me. Funny, he forgot the kitchen sink. I had to bring the car back to have the FOB repaired. That was handled smoothly and efficiently. As far as buying a car, it wasn't a bad experience. Signing the papers took longer than I thought it should have taken.

Randy was super helpful and was able to get my son in his dream car!! He had excellent customer service skills and followed up to make sure everything was handed even after the sale! I would definitely use Randy again!

Sales team was great, customer service was awesome. Finance manager was a really awesome guy, didn't feel like he was pushing me too hard and had some good advice for me as well as doing what he could to help me make the payment feasible for me. He was able to get me a rebate that helped drop the payment a bit and helped me skim a few bucks off where he could. Would definitely come back in the future and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle.
