The staff and sales team were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very positive. The customer service was very professional and took their time to help each customer with service. They absolutely did help me to get the vehicle I was interested in buying and took the time to answer any questions. The sales person I had was very humble and hospitable as well as the financial person, reception desk and the manager of the dealership. Everyone greeted me as soon as I arrived. I definitely would recommend Mainline Honda to anyone interested in looking for a vehicle.

I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

Great Experience and Outcome! Our Sales Consultant (Andrew N.) was respectful, honest, transparent and really informative. The guy hustled the entire time we were there... When Andrew wasn't sure of a question, he was quick to get an answer. There was an efficient flow in terms of moving from selecting a car - financing options - finalizing the sale. Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I plan on going there for all of my car service needs.

To say that we will be telling everyone we know looking for a car to contact CarShop, specifically Michael Moffa, is an understatement.
