Fantastic Dealer Experience All Throughout!!

My consumer experience with Lexus of Silver Spring from the moment I walked onto the lot to look around by myself, and then to almost a week later to take delivery of my 2018 es350, has been been unbelievable. Everything from the professionalism with the staff, to the responsiveness and personal-space respected until I was ready to talk to somebody, was just phenomenal. I personally have purchased a lot of vehicles for my wife and I within the past 5-6 years, so ideally, we like the experience to be efficient, fast, accommodating to my schedule regarding my family, work, logistics etc. All of which was in-line with my entire process that I was provided during the sale. While this is clearly embedded within the culture of this dealership, the execution and lead was nailed to the T by my sales rep...... Alex Abbaszadeh!!! Alex was so genuine and responsive from the very first moment I met him when I just needed to use the restroom. He didn???t try to tell (sell) me about a single vehicle in the show room nor ask what I was interested in. Instead, he could tell that I was looking for the restroom; mind you, I had just came in from outside walking the lot for about 20 minutes by myself. Which, most people know, you can???t even walk 30 seconds on a car lot without a sales rep coming up to you and putting on the full-court press. Needless to say, as I walked in the showroom I was already impressed that I had just spent 20 minutes walking the lot with no pressure, doing exactly what I needed to do after I left my office for the night, and had about 30 minutes of time to kill to check out the vehicles. This was un-interrupted, smooth, and very relaxing time. I was like the kid in a candy store.....rather the candy was filled with a luxury line of perfectly-placed and exhibited 2018 Lexus??? By the the time I closed the deal, it ended up being about 72 hours from the time I walked onto the lot that evening after work, and signing the paperwork with finance. While my vehicle was out of state because of certain options and trim, Alex set me up in a courtesy loaner which was a brand new SUV. Coupled with the variables of my es350???s transport to Silver Spring, waiting for parts that I ordered, and then a first-day of spring snowstorm that crippled the area for a day, the logistics of the MD area for the middle of the week was immediately effected by the weather. So, I was in the loaner for 7 days and felt bad about it. I insisted to check in with Alex during this time just so he knew I wasn???t out of town anymore and that I was just local with the loaner. Well...... he could care less. While he did appreciate it, he was more concerned about my comfort and following up by constantly texting and/or emailing me to let me know the status of my vehicle. A+++++ all the way for Alex!! His service in every aspect is FIVE STARS across the board!!!! Alex???s sales manager (Oksana Kolinyk) and finance manager (Daji Cummings) also provided phenomenal support during my entire Lexus of Silver Spring experience!! They essentially substantiated everything I had already experienced with Alex.
