He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. Well I don’t know where to start from. My experience here was amazing like odee amazing. I got a sales person ROBERTO PARRA who was really amazing. He went all out. I told him I wanted a Honda pilot black and didn’t have one in stock told me it was on its way. But all that time he was on top of things keeping me updated. Helped me get insurance for the car and all. Amazing sales person if anyone reading this and is going to buy a car there ask for Roberto Parra. He even at the end taught me all the features of the car. Another person is Olecia from Finance she helped me a lot with the paper work and did an amazing job getting me a deal with capital one. This is actually the third time I bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle. However, this latest purchase in July 2023 was by far the most outstanding service a customer could expect. I had researched the 2024 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid, and Jonathan Ortiz, the salesman was superb when I visited the showroom. They were straight up. They quoted me the best price. When my particular model and color came in, Jonathan and I made the entire deal over text messages. Two days later, I was picking up my brand new CRV. Then it got even better, Olecia Cooper. the finance manager was fantastic as well. She treated you like a real person not just a customer. Olecia and Jonathan went out of their way to make sure I was the 100% satisfied. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would definitely give Honda of New Rochelle your business. The car buying process is generally painful and frustrating, but I had a great experience dealing with Tofi at Tasca Kia. He was great to work with throughout the entire process. I did not feel pressured or bothered when I first walked in as he simply let me test drive the cars I was interested in and answered every question I had about differences in trim levels and models. I really appreciated his knowledge of all features in each trim and model as I had never owned a Kia prior to this. He was very easy to communicate with via text and was able to walk me through details on pricing with no surprises. I was surprised at how quickly I progressed in closing a deal, but I was very comfortable that I had every detail I needed about the car and price and that I was getting a fair deal on a good car. I highly recommend seeing Tofi if you want a new car.
