The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I had a particular car in mind and searched the internet. After looking at a few including a brand new model, I found a used one at Auto Lenders. I live in Delaware and this is the first time dealing with Auto Lendrs. Their Exton team did not disappoint, the right car at a fair price super condition. I had a trade with a previous offer from another dealer and they matched it. Seamless process of of doing the paperwork and driving off. Mike Ellis did a great job of showing the car and taking us through the process. Unlike most dealers, the process is without pressure and back and forth nonsense.
