I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

On April 20 while returning from a long distance trip, I had to visit the service department as the low tire pressure symbol popped up. Eddie the mechanic was very helpful and patient to show me how to reset it after checking out the tire pressures. This occurred to me last year and i took it to another dealer. They were very rude and would not tell me what they did to remove the low tire pressure symbol, making me think that there was a defective there was defective computer system. I would recommend Eddie for this honesty, patience, helpfulness and transparency.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. I had the most exceptional experience with the team at Hillside Honda - Edwin Luzon and Eli Hartley - who were both supremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly couldn't have asked for a better deal or purchasing experience with them. They are an asset to the Hillside team. My phone calls were returned promptly, no request was too hard, and their service was top notch. We have been loyal customers of Yonkers Honda for many years and that is due entirely to the presence, professionalism, patience, integrity, expertise and kindness of Senior Sales Consultant, Mike Bargallo. He is that rare salesperson who is dedicated exclusively to his customer, not to a quota or a future commission he might earn. We had two Odysseys from a now-defunct dealership in Manhattan and, because our kids were getting older, we were looking to downsize to a CR-V. I have referred friends, relatives, people from work, and everyone says the same thing: Mike is the best.“ And so we bought our first CR-V from Mike a few weeks later and, boy, was Robert Something from the gas station right! From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment he handed us the keys, Mike had our back. He still does. And the relationship does not end when you finish signing the paperwork and drive away. We know that he will be "our guy at Yonkers" no matter what kind of issue might arise (nothing ever has) for the duration of the time we have one of their cars. In 12 years of buying cars from him, Mike has never tried to talk us into anything. He goes out of his way to find the exact car we want with the exact features we need and take delivery of it when it's the right time for us, not when it's good for the dealership or for him personally. There are dealerships closer to where we live but the entire team at Yonkers - both sales and service - is so solid, friendly and reliable that there is simply no good reason to buy/lease a new car from anyone else.

Our experience began with outstanding communication via email AND text with Ariana Toshek. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming. She gave us the courage to drive 1.5hrs from South NJ to Brooklyn. Next on deck - Sales Consultant Owais Khan. Car buying in general is stressful and he went out of his way to make it fun! Knowing this was our 1st time in Brooklyn he actually turned our test drive into a sight seeing tour. He even kept my 6 & 10 yr old entertained when we started to loose control of them! His product knowledge was ON POINT!!! He knew EVERYTHING about the CRV including the history and got my wife's phone totally set up in her new car. Looking back he was on point in every aspect of his job today and made it very smooth, comfortable, and fun! Warning...You are going to want to grab a drink with this guy after! Last and certainly not least the Finance Manager - Asad Basha. Like the rest of his team he made you feel completely at rest and made it fun! Just don't tell him you have 10 minutes to get the entire deal done! He went so far out of his way to ensure we understood EACH AND EVERY BULLET POINT on the whirlwind of paperwork....a master at his craft but still made it fun! Like everyone else he was there to help in anyway he could. He also helped tame the wild beasts that are my kids! So in closing....they gave me the best price, truly cared enough to make us comfortable, and made it as much fun of an experience as you can have buying a car, 2 thumbs up from a "country guy" venturing into the "big city" to buy a car.
