Service advisor Mike Jenkins was outstanding! I took my Honda Accord there on a late Saturday morning with no appointment due to an emergency situation (sudden low tire pressure warning). He had me in and out in a little over an hour. He could not have been any more understanding, cooperative and “customer friendly”! I give him and this dealership five stars at every level! I found the automobile that I was looking for on Auto Lenders and called them to make an appointment for a test drive. The car was in excellent condition, they provided me with the Carfax report, they gave me a fair trade-in offer after which I decided to purchase the car. With no haggle pricing I knew how much I was going to spend before I entered the showroom.

And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles!
