My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. I have owned/leased 4 previous Honda sedans. This is my first SUV. Totally wonder why I had never looked into owning a SUV. Has a comfortable ride and interior. Love its ease of handling. Thank you Middletown Honda!

I brought my car in for inspection Feburary 2025. My service rep was Jamie. She is the best of the best. She kept me informed of my cars progress coming over to me telling me what I need for inspection and to further my cars life. What I like she made suggestions and was not forceful trying to make you buy. I had fast service and the building is clean. I recommend Sloan and their service Rep Jamie to all.

Lior was great. Helped me find the car I had seen on Cars.com and then got everything rolling. He answered all my questions and was not pushy.

I had 2 issues following my Detail visit. One involved unfinished cleaning of my dashboard area which was promptly remedied. The other was a missing letter ?K? from the rear of my car. New letters were ordered and I will make an appt this week to have them applied. Everyone was agreeable and most courteous.

The salesperson Julian Hawkins was great! He was courteous, friendly and attentive. He was able to get me a great deal on my Mercedes, and the finance team was exceptional at getting me the best bumper to bumper warranty to give me added ease of mind. Highly recommend going to the Auto Lenders in Newtown Square! Three thumbs up! 👍🏾
