Used 2022 Honda CR-V for sale near Bay Pines, FL

My first time at Crown Honda and I knew I was in the right place. I first called and spoke with Jean to set an appt to have flat tire checked. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and a “real” person. The guys outside quickly came out to see how they could help and had me wait inside for an advisor. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my service advisor was assigned and calling me to discuss the reason for the service. Thomas Allen my service advisor was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a timeframe and what options I had once we found out the root cause. Coming from another dealership who recently had mgmt change leaving the service dept in disarray, I can’t tell you how happy to find a new home where it was evident they knew how to provide great service. Thanks to Thomas I will definitely be back.

Brought my 2022 RAV4 hybrid in for an oil change and some new wiper blades. Very much appreciate the ability to use service coupons for both those items and also grateful that they honor our military service with a discount as well. Our service advisor Gregory was on point and promptly notified me when my car was ready to go. I only leave at four on my overall rating because I got no less than two unsolicited phone calls and a text trying to get me to give up or trade my RAV4 before I even left the dealership.

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. I did not know anything about Auto Lenders until I found a vehicle online that interested me. It was at the Palm Harbor, Florida location. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and immediately received an email welcoming me, directions to the location and a short list of items to bring with me. This was very helpful. Upon arriving at Auto Lenders, I was immediately greeted and escorted inside to meet my salesman, Juan. The first thing that he talked about was a thorough explanation of Auto Lenders, including where and how they acquired their inventory, their requirements for cars in their inventory and who they are. Very helpful. We then inspected the car I had seen online and took it for a test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. Beautiful condition inside and out. The rest of the process was very easy. The Sales Manager, Blake came to us and chatted offering his help in any way. We met Service personnel who offered our first oil change at no charge and every fourth oil change at no charge. The final step was signing paperwork and finance. This was extremely efficient and complete. This was overall the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. We have already shared this positive experience with friends.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
