The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle for our daughter from Poliana. She was very helpful and great to deal with. Unfortunately we had to return the vehicle under the 5day, 250 mile guarantee. I thought it would be a terrible process, but I was wrong. They took it back without any issue. Even gave me a credit for a second key we had to purchase separately. We went to a few other dealers in town and after dealing with other untrustworthy dealers in town we returned to Poliana and bought a different vehicle for our daughter and traded in our old vehicle for a new Toyota Crown. Poliana is the best! Will definitely be working with her and Auto Nation Toyota again.

Anthony was great. Unfortunately I got some unexpected sad news at the time of purchase and he gave the space and time to get through it. They were not pushy selling the extra warranty which was so peaceful. Top end customer service, and we'll worth the visit if you are in need of a car and a great experience.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating.
