We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Responsive team, took care of problems. There was a delay in sending my paperwork as I had signed up for electronic delivery but apparently there was a problem with the email they were sending to. Everyone called from General Manager down to take care of my issue satisfactorily.

I would say Victory Honda San Bruno is the best place to go when you shop a car. They give you an excellent service and happy to fullfill your needs and wants about the car. Yesterday, i brought my car for service and it didn't take long. When its done KENT NGUYEN called me and gave me the paperworks. he asked me if i have any question and said "yes". Overall, great experience? The only problem was the person we contacted and was supposed to to meet ended up not showing up when we got there and he didn?t contact us to let us know he couldn?t make it. However, someone else stepped in and had all or our information ready and was able to help finish the process easily.
