This was my first time buying a car and I had tons of questions and concerns and they were so unbelievably patient and explained( and re-explained) everything so well. Stunning looking very comfortable silky smooth ride and effortless driving performance. 2005 year and over 100000 miles with jaguar full service history. Rides a little stiffer than the Deville. Has a smaller gas tank and lower MPG, but this is the big model available after the Deville was discontinued. If you like the comfort ride, this is your car. I have the Platinum model, and it is decked out. Still trying to find some of the features!

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

The process was easy in purchasing the car, The trade I think is ok but could be better. However, the car detailing was rushed even though I mentioned not to rush it and I am willing to come back just to be sure it is clean inside out. There are grimes in the console, the passenger seats still has debris of dirts and oh btw, there is no windshield washer! It is bone dry. Under The hood is not clean too! Otherwise it is 5 star.

Kurt helped me buy my first car and he was great! I was very insecure with the process, but he put my worries to rest. The whole sale happened faster than expected, but it's been a week now and I'm very happy with my car!!! Additionally the financial advisor was awesome. Jerry was her name and though my credit was a bit messy she was able to explain to me all of my choices now and in the future. Both Kurt and Jerry were a god send in my case and I'm very grateful to have had such an easy first time car buying experience. I would highly recommend this location!

First of October we drove from Ohio to Vagas and back throug Wyoming good gas milage and loved the ride. Recommend it buy for comfort and value.

For its age, it is a very Comfortable ride, powerful V8 engine, Reliable, and still in great condition. I have replaced the ML factory sound system with new speakers, sub and amp. Overall Love this ride. Hoping to have it for many years to come.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

We are on our second Mazda 5 and it is the perfect vehicle for our needs. It can move either 6 people or 5 with luggage capably. With the seats folded, it hauls a lot of stuff! In the 5 years since I bought the vehicle new, the only non-wear maintenance issue has been a sensor causing a check engine light, which was inexpensive to replace. The OEM tires wore quickly, they have been replaced by a set of Pirelli Cinturatos which perform much better. The car handles like a much smaller vehicle and the steering is responsive. If they still made these no question I would buy another. If you can find a low mileage used one, I highly recommend!

Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

Just bought a gently used `22 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK in diamond black. I love it! It was a prior lease with just 18k miles on it. I have had it for a few weeks and I am thrilled! Stereo is amazing and it even has a nice factory sunroof and tow package!

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

It's a good car. Bought it used. I bought it with 84000 miles, now has 111,000 miles. Main computer had to be replaced, and was done under warranty. I replaced the brakes myself at 104,000 miles, and they were the original OE GM brakes the car was born with. Seats lack support, but I bought a leather cushion that helps. The back seat is really tight, ok for small kids. My fuel economy in the city can get to 23 mpg if I don't use the AC. It gets worse city mileage in the winter too. Highway mileage, the car does well, 34-35 if I drive it right. I think for a reliable used car, it's ok. They are cheaper than the Japanese competition. Rides and handles well.

Excellent car that zips on the road - you can feel the pickup with no sound. Very neat interior - much more spacious than expected. The car looks small on the outside and has rear-hinged door on the rear. Something you see on Rolls.
