We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I Just want to give a huge shout out to The service center! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, they go out of there way to make you feel like you matter and that’s pretty rare these days. Everyone is great but I highly recommend Justin Goodreau he’s extremely knowledgeable, and he’s always going the extra mile to make you have great experience!

We needed the best possible rear seat area and entrance possible for a disabled family member. After much research, the CRV is the best of the 5 passenger cars. Interior space- front and back is great... cargo space is limited as the trade-off.

Spoke with very professional and easy speaking sales associate named Aamir Mapp . He was a pleasure to work with, even though we didn’t get a deal done today 02/18/23 . Aamir’s attitude was contagious with some laughter and made the process of possibly selling a car today very comfortable. Unfortunately we were to far off with the numbers today. Excellent experience from start to finish! We've always been a Honda family. Daughter purchased a CR-V as a 1st responder during the pandemic and loved Nancy Juhasz, salesperson. This is the second time I buy a car from this dealer. This time I traded my CRV 2017 to get an Oddyssey 2019. Again, Dan Daley took me thru the process in an aswesome way starting with the test drive, explaining all the awesome features of the new car, possible financing options, until the end of the transaction. After visiting 3 dealers, again this was the place where I felt more confortable and saw people really interested in making business with me.

I went with my mother to buy her a preowned vehicle, we were there the day before and had really liked the Honda Accord. So as we arrived we were greeted by a sales associate, Bill Reid. I came to Piazza Honda soon after buying my car used from another dealership. The other dealer, who shall remain anonymous, sold me an Insight that was burning oil to depletion every 200 miles. I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. The work was completed to my satisfaction, at a cost lower than expected. I waited while the car was being worked on, and the waiting area was comfortable and clean.
