I went in for a test drive. I’d called ahead and the vehicle (CR-V hybrid) was pulled up front and ready to go. A quick interaction with the manager and the salesman (which may have gone faster because I was already in their system from a prior visit) and we were off on a good test route. The salesman, Sasha, was knowledgeable about his product and easy to converse with, and asked good questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. No hard sell. If all dealership interactions were this efficient, effective and pleasant people would feel more positively toward dealership relationships.

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I drive a Honda CRV that has started its 9th year in service. It was purchased in 2012 and still drives like new, thanks to the Mile High Honda Service Department, My service representative today was Kyle Gallagher. He took time to explain everything that was going to be checked for the tuneup. Then when all the work was completed, he again went over everything including a few items that were not on the original work sheet. I call that "better than expected service". I know Mile High Honda is the greatest but is it possible they are "BETTER THAN EVER". '

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

And we walked out with the perfect car for us last week. Jacob listened to what our needs were. He was approachable and delightful to work with, and answered our every question. We’ve seen all sorts… we’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, on the East and West Coasts, and overseas. It’s safe to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, Honda or otherwise. And it was because of Jacob. He was excellent at understanding our priorities. He laid out our options, and was upfront about how long the process would take. We came in looking for a new or used vehicle, and we stayed within budget. (Note to his boss- our purchase was at the top end of our search.) Jacob made sure that some special circumstances on our end did not delay the purchase, and was sensitive to our unique situation. Yep- and he was kind. Jacob patiently went through every knob and switch to make sure we understood their functions. And answered so many questions. Go see this guy. After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.
