I had a great first car buying experience here! Juan Gomez replied to my email promptly and set up a time for us to meet to test drive the car, and I fell in love with the car, so I bought it! I was nervous about being scammed because I don’t know much about cars, but I never felt like that at all. Juan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and helped us to get a great deal on the car. Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Since new cars are in short supply, negotiating isn?t really possible, simply agree to buy, paperwork prepared, a little negotiating in finance and sign! Done in less than 2 hrs! After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

We really appreciated working with Stace Law as he was professional, kind and provided great information about the 2 cars we were interested in. The downside to our experience is it took too long to negotiate the price at nearly 5 hours total we were there. Overall, I would recommend this location and current staff.

My car's air conditioning wasn't blowing as cold as it used to, which is certainly not ideal in Dallas's heat! Joe quickly assessed the situation, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making sure I understood the recommended repairs. The team did a fantastic job, and my AC is now running perfectly, keeping me cool even on the hottest days. My second visit was for routine oil changes. Even for a standard service, Joe's professionalism shone through. The oil change was quick, thorough, and hassle-free, just as you'd hope for routine maintenance. In both instances, Joe demonstrated excellent customer service?friendly, communicative, and highly competent.
