Our experience at Lou Sobh Honda while acquiring our Honda Pilot 2022 was truly exceptional. Our sales agent, Steve Rossi, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he show us the car we ultimately purchased, but he also took the time to help us compare it with other trims. He made sure we felt comfortable and did his best to fit the Honda into our budget. The entire team at Honda, including Lee the sales manager and the billing team, was very cooperative. On the delivery day, Steve was kind and patiently explained the different features of the car, including how to configure Android Auto, Bluetooth, and safety features. He went above and beyond, accompanying us on a short drive in our new car to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with it. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Steve and Lou Sobh Honda to others.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

I have purchased 2 Odysseys at Hennessy Honda and was beyond happy I had talked with other dealers in town and some offered a "Fake upfront lower price but when it came time to purchase that deal wasn't available. I really am not sure about the quality of the repairs since this was done very recently. I haven't had any issues at this point and trust everything was completed properly. Representative was very good and knowledgeable.
