It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I am very happy with the used car I purchased and the experience I had with the salesperson, Mike. He was knowledgeable and personable. They took care of all of the paperwork and made the process easy. They do reach out every day after you give contact info, even after a purchase. I have now blocked them from my phone.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

Mike Gee was awesome to work with. He ended up giving me free bumper guards for my vehicle. Unfortunately I did feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and pressured from the finance manager. I had already spent 4 hours waiting for the car, and he was trying to convince me to invest in their warranty program. I almost felt like declining the deal due to the pressure and push back I was getting from him about the warranty. Only thing I ended up adding was gap insurance. Overall, very good place to buy a vehicle, just expect to spend a long time to finalize a deal.

After recommendations from family members and reading Consumer Reports magazine, it was decided to purchase a 2025 Honda CRV car. It has a comfortable interior and very easy to drive.

She worked with me with a test drive of my favorite new Honda CRV EX-L . And I love my car so much I cried on my way home because I have always wanted a new car and she made it happen . Amy and Melissa at the front end were also a part of the easy stress free process And Alicia helped me set up all my electronic choices ! My only negative was with finance : I felt stressed saying no to an extended warranty and felt pressured to “be covered” That was not a great feeling . Car & Driver will not steer you wrong.. See what I did there? My friend who is a car guy recommended this car in 2021 and it was recommended again in 2025. Originally we were looking for a car for my mom and we liked it so much we bought one for ourselves.

I was in line for express service 20 minutes before opening. Car was pulled into the garage as soon as they opened. Oil and filter change were completed within 20 minutes. While waiting I was offered coffee. I also made an appointment for a recall item on my CRV. Outstanding service.

Very easy to work with!!! I found the Honda certified used vehicle that I wanted online. They actually had the salesperson Hunter drive the vehicle to Bedford NH so I could test drive it and they could appraise my trade-in at the same time. I financed through my local credit union so everything came together for me to pick up the car the following Saturday. No pressure, no hassle, no haggling!!! I definitely recommend!!!
