From the moment we arrived everyone was polite and friendly. Jorge Pronto was so knowledgeable about the CRV-EXL and answered all of our questions with expertise. As we were talking with Jorge, Chad Reed (Sales Manager) came over to introduce himself, which we thought was very professional and nice. Once I decided to go forward and lease, Jorge was able to meet my financial needs for the lease. He explained everything and then went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV-EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams (Business Manager) to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too was very polite and answered any questions I had on the lease. Space Coase Honda is not only the best Dealership in Florida that we've been to, but the best dealership we've ever dealt with! Jorge, James and Chad were nothing short of awesome! We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Over a year ago I brought my 80 year old father to Holler Honda to buy a car. He purchased the HR-V and took it home. Over the past year he only drove it 1200 miles but the A/C suddenly stopped working. I brought the car in for service and they handled it without question. From the moment I arrived until the time I returned to pick it back up, the process was amazingly friendly, informative and professional. I was amazed because I own a Ram 1500 and EVERY single time I have had to bring my truck in for service at Greenway Ford, I was made to feel like I was a burden on the to handle the warranty repair. At Ram, I had to always wait for someone to greet me upon arrival, was rarely ever told what to expect or what costs might be involved and then ALWAYS had to wait longer than the date they told me it would be completed. Honda spoiled me this time and feel they offer the template for an amazing customer service and repairs.

We were looking around and haven't decide when to buy a van. We stopped by Space Coast Honda and was greeted by Gino. He showed and put a lot of effort to show us the vans they have in the lot. We like the Odyssey Elite but the color was not our choice. Gino and his manager Newton search and found what we wanted. It took them 3 days to find the van we like. Gino is a persistent young man and honest. I strongly recommend asking for Gino if you're planning to buy a Honda vehicle.
