I just relocated from Colorado to Arizona and went to Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ for the first time. Under Tommy Durante's guidance, his service team gave me the warmest and friendliest welcome I ever received. I have been taking our two Honda Accords to Honda dealers for all servicings for the past 25 years. This service was also the most time efficient taking only 1 hour and 15 minutes, instead of the typical most of the day in my previous Honda dealers. This service team is the best I ever had. We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Getting a new car at Arrowhead Honda is a pleasant experience, the sales staff work hard to get you the best deal. But I am ver disappointed I recommend a new customer almost a year ago, they had a $100 referral incentive which till today, I haven’t received. I questioned myself why they have such promotions when they don’t comply with the customers. They are just deceiving us the customers for bringing them new customers, that’s no fair. Please be careful when referring a friend or relative to Arrowhead Honda. They are just a false promise.
